🕷️ 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags and protective materials intact.
  • Returns must include all components (e.g., enclosures, lids, accessories, etc.).

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at support@spidergadget.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important: Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels or reimburse return shipping fees.
  • Please ship your return using tracking to ensure successful delivery.

Return Conditions & Deductions

Returns must include all original packaging materials. Missing components (e.g., vent cover, lid, spacer, etc.) are subject to deductions:

  • $5 per missing part, up to $20 max per return.

Damage & Other Issues

Check your order when it arrives! If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@spidergadget.com so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Items that have been used for live spiders or feeder insects.
  • Custom-made or sale items.
  • Digital gift cards.

Please reach out if you’re unsure about your item’s eligibility.

Exchanges

Want something else? The quickest way is to:

  1. Initiate a return for the item you have.
  2. Once accepted, make a new purchase for the item you want.

Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a deduction for shipping & handling fees, including those where free shipping was originally applied.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

SpiderGadget is not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

  • If this occurs, the buyer will be responsible for re-shipping fees.
  • Please review your address carefully before placing an order.

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for address errors caused by the customer.
