We are a small, passionate family-run hobby turned business, dedicated to sharing the fascinating world of jumping spiders through education, curated accessories, and ethical spider adoptions. While everyone in our family helps with caring for the “spoods,” all communications, orders, and logistics are managed directly by me – Kirsten. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before placing an order or interacting with our site.
1. Payment Terms
All purchases, including spiders, enclosures, and accessories, are processed securely via Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, Paypal, Payooneer Payment or Google Pay. These platforms provide buyer protection for your safety.
2. Personal Information & Privacy
Your personal data is handled with the utmost respect.
- We only share your name, phone number, and email with FedEx and ShipYourReptiles for shipping coordination purposes.
- We do not sell, trade, or use your information for marketing purposes beyond order-related communication.
- We will never contact you without relevance to your adoption order, unless you’ve opted in for updates.
3. Data Collection & Usage
To improve customer experience and our educational content, we collect and analyze user behavior through tools like:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4): Tracks website behavior, traffic sources, and popular pages. This helps us improve site usability and create better educational materials.
- Facebook Ads & TikTok Ads pixels: Track conversions and ad performance. Data may include page visits, cart actions, and general engagement (all anonymized).
- These tools do not collect sensitive personal information (e.g., payment data, passwords), and their data usage complies with GDPR/CCPA standards.

For urgent help post-delivery, you will find a handwritten note and my personal phone number in your package. This line is dedicated to helping you and your new spider settle in.
Please allow up to 48 hours for replies that are not related to emergency care.
5. Refusal of Service
This is a family-operated business, not a corporate entity. Please treat us with kindness.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who uses:
- Rude, aggressive, or vulgar language via any channel
- Fraudulent chargebacks or claims
